At last, the trip is over, goodbye crystal clear beaches and other breath taking sceneries and good bye Bohol.
We've been gone for 3 days to spend a wonderful time in the city of smiles. Bohol, is the 10th largest island in the country and has many tourists spots many foreigners visit. So of course, the prices are what the locals say "dollars", meaning the things they sell are fit for a foreigner's wallet. Yep, they make the prices higher than usuall if you're not from their island.
But thankfully, my mom speaks visaya and can haggle to them. But some prices are really reasonable because of the good quality and services they provide.
Before Bohol. Arrived at the airport almost 4 hours early.
That's the view where of heroes did the blood compact.
Had lunch in this boat while cruising the Loboc River. The view was amazing the cool air breeze...mmmm.
We had to step through this long stair to make it to the top, when we got to the top we were sweating and catching our breaths. The scenery was worth it though. But we noticed some hills looked dry and bald.
Went to the Tarsier sanctuary. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures since I was too busy gawking at those fascinating animals. They were smaller than I thought. The cute little boy in the picture is my nephew
Man-made forest.
They might look like(sorry for the word) poop, but these are the famous peanut kisses. I'm not a big fan of peanuts, but these are the only exception.
Imagine getting off the plane then minutes later you start to tour the place. Yep, we were pretty worn off so some of us stayed in the van while the others visited other landmarks.
The pool in the hotel resort where we stayed.
2nd day
Spent the day going to the Island city mall. The drive was pretty long that's why it ate up our time. Then took a swim in the beach and the pool.
The beach was....soo clear. While we were on the plane ready for landing I saw the sea glistening like crystals beckoning you to take a dip. I miss that beach :(
3rd day
Bohol Bee Farm. That place was paradise. We ate there while watching the sea, and again the cool breeze.
The food was price-y but totally worth it, They also have some shops that sells their organic products.
Their ice cream is a must try. My favorite my mango. :)
3 days is not enough for me. I wanna go again for a longer period and stay in Bohol Bee Farm.
